This interview details JHS Group, a company based in the United States. The interview is with Janet Tso-Shushan, CEO of JHS Group.
JHS Group, with twenty-two years of experience, is renowned for its all-inclusive greenhouse construction, installation and maintenance services. Our unwavering commitment to superior performance is evident in our consistently high-quality output, a distinctive feature that elevates us in our sector. As a family-owned construction firm originating from Virginia, we've significantly facilitated growers throughout the United States to achieve growth sovereignty.
In recognition of farming as the oldest trade in our civilization, JHS was established under the leadership of CEO, Janet Tso Shushan, and COO, Henri Shushan. Their shared respect for this industry underpins our company’s mission and is instilled in our field teams.
JHS Group, like any organization, faces the universal challenge of finding personnel who embody our work values and ethics. Fortunately, we are backed by a robust team of over 70 technicians, spread from New Jersey to Florida, and managed by two construction managers and seven crew chiefs. Our teams are structured with a military precision, with a focus on agricultural specialization.
Our team, comprised of diligent individuals with backgrounds in ranching or farming, holds the technical expertise necessary to construct a variety of greenhouses from the ground up, including all related utilities.
It is disheartening to note that the ethos of hard work and deriving satisfaction from your job is being overshadowed. Many of these settings seem to have been replaced in an effort to secure inexpensive labor and simpler solutions. We proud ourselves of installing any greenhouses no matter complexity and remote locations. That poses its own set of challenges by locating, training, and educating the right people for the tasks and projects. Most JHS employees are growers and contractor that have been with us for a long time.
As a reputable entity in the greenhouse installation space, JHS Group stands out for its precision akin to military standards, solid work ethic, and commitment. Our national team has an impressive track record of over 100 successful projects, from straightforward to intricate, and for both indoor and outdoor installations. Leveraging our wide industry experience with various manufacturers, we efficiently innovate and resolve any site-specific problems.
70 field technicians, 7 crew chiefs, 2 construction managers, 2 growers, and 4 project managers
As we approach the completion of our 500th project, we're expanding our skilled workforce and advancing our proficiency in developing intricate glasshouses and greenhouses.
